Usui Teate: 3 Degrees/Levels/Attunements: Original Japanese Reiki
Shoden (First Degree)
Dear Cosmic Goddess Empowerments students, the First Degree or Shoden level covers the origins of Reiki and the differences between Japanese and Western practices. Cosmic Goddess Empowerments students will learn daily energy exercises, including Hatsurei Ho, to strengthen and purify the Reiki channel, as well as Usui's original self-treatment approaches, including a powerful meditation.
