About The Dantian and the Three Treasures©
The Dantian and the Three Treasures© was channelled to energetically elevate the elements of Jing, Qi and Shen which make up the Three Treasures which are housed in our Dantian. The Three Treasures are one of the most important principles in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). The Dantian and the Three Treasures Activation© is a three-pronged approach which is vital to our health and well-being.
The Three Treasures are related to each other in a cycle of health and illness. When one is weak, the others are also weakened. When one is healthy, so are the others. With activation of the Dantian and the Three Treasures© our Jing, Qi and Shen are continuously progressing and transforming.
The Three Treasures are:
- Jing: Jing is passed down genetically,
- Qi: Qi is what keeps us going all day,

The Dantian
The Dantian (also known as the elixir field) is an energy center in the body that is believed to be the source of vitality and life force. There are three Dantian, located at the lower abdomen, the chest, and the head and the Dantian and this is where the Three Treasures are housed. Jing is stored in the lower Dantian, Qi is stored in the middle Dantian, and Shen is stored in the upper Dantian.
In closing, by balancing and strengthening these three elements, we can achieve inner equilibrium and stability. Even though the Three Treasures have distinct profiles in our body being individual elements they work for the whole of us.
