Unless stated in the listing, all manuals are in English, manuals are only sent as pdf email attachments not by postal service. If your purchase qualifies for a bogo pick please email you choice immediately. Manuals will not be sent until your bogo choice is submitted.

Attunements & Empowerments:

You will receive your items via email usually within 24 hours of your purchase. All sales are final. Once manuals are emailed, there is no exchanging or refunds. Many manuals are non-printable pdf's and all manuals are sent as pdf attachments, with the exception of Lightarian courses.

Crystals, Books & Magical Stuff:

If you purchased a physical item it will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with shipping information. All items are shipped priority mail within the United States and are insured.

You receive only 1 free attunement or package for each system purchased. Your free choices may not be several systems totaling the purchase amount nor can you get an attunement as a bogo when purchasing a package or vice versa.

Package attunements & free attunements are sent only via chi ball.

Freebies cannot be "coming soon" items, they must be active listing and dated . By request, you will receive 1 certificate with lineages for all systems purchased at one time including your free picks. For package purchases, lineage pdf certificate is always available by request. All manuals and certificates will be sent to one email address and energies to one person. In the event of multi-level systems like Usui Reiki - certificate of completion is sent after you complete all levels.

Freebies are only sent to registered members. Gift attunements are always sent to the same person who receives main choice. Your free choice must be of equal or lesser value. Certificates of Completion

By request, authentic lineage will be provided. I am happy to provide certificate of completion for courses taken. One certificate will be prepared for all systems ordered at one time. I am happy to send an individual certificate for Usui Reiki, Grand Master Program. My certificates are beautiful and suitable for framing are sent by pdf email attachment. I am happy to provide duplicate certificates and depending on what is needed, will charge a small fee.
